  • Delivery Partner: All orders are shipped via Pudo, ensuring fast and secure delivery to your nearest Pudo locker or address.
  • Cost: Shipping is included for all online purchases—no hidden fees!
  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. (Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday periods.)
  • Areas Covered: Nationwide shipping across South Africa.

🚚 How It Works

  1. Order Confirmation: Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your purchase details.
  2. Shipping Notification: You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its journey to your chosen Pudo locker or delivery address.
  3. Collection/Delivery: If using a Pudo locker, you’ll receive a unique PIN to collect your parcel securely.

📍 Pudo Locker Pickup

  • During checkout, you’ll have the option to select a Pudo locker near you.
  • You’ll be notified via SMS/email with details on when and where to collect your parcel.

📜 Additional Information

  • Incorrect Shipping Details: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. By Ruan Goosen cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information.
  • Returns & Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
